Price List

All prices are including expenses likes water, gas, electricity and air conditioning. Cleanig expenses are extra: 60 / 90 €.
Bedlinen and towels are not included and it is possible to be rented with a charge of 25 € per person per change.
Heatin in Autumn and winter time will be charged with 15 € per person per week. Washing machine will be charged 8 € per wasch.

For a definitive reservation a deposit of 30% of the entire price is requsted to be credited to per bank account. We do not accept credit cards. The rest of the bill will be settled 3 weeks before arrival.
